- Geo Science Links - a list of websites that have anything to do with the geology of the Earth, rock and mineral collecting, soil sciences, etc.

Nova Science in the News is a website produced by the Australian Academy of Science that looks at the [secular] science behind the headlines. Their goal is to provide reliable and up-to-date information for senior secondary school teachers to use in class, although anyone with an interest in topical issues will also find Nova useful. The information is checked for accuracy by experts in the field and is updated regularly.
Clouds Kendal found a great website devoted to cloud appreciation. There
are some terrific photographs in the gallery and some poetry too.
Subscribe to Robert Krampf's weekly email list which outlines easy science experiments and explanations in a fun and easy to understand way. Includes archives of past experiments and videos which show him conducting the experiment.

Environmental Science - Animals
- Roots and Shoots aims to
foster respect and compassion for all living things, to promote understanding of all cultures and beliefs and to inspire each individual to take action to make the world a better place for people, animals and the environment.
- Environmental Graffiti is an exceptional site with some brilliant photographs to share with your children of some weird and wonderful creatures and plant life. For example, "15 most alien looking caterpillars on Earth"; "10 Amazing Moths"; vegetables that look like animals and more! Use the images and information about nature, geology, meterology - just about any field of natural science - to spark interest and conversation, unit studies or to complement your homeschool learning programs. You can get Environmental Graffiti by email by subscribing to the link on their home page. It says on the About Us page on the website: "Seriously Awesome Environmental News - Born in May 2007, Environmental Graffiti is an eclectic mix of the most bizarre, funny and interesting environmental news on the planet. We search the vast realms of the internet on behalf of all environmentalists who don't take themselves too seriously and compile it into a daily blog. Surf and enjoy!
